About Claricent Consulting Services
Claricent Consulting Services was incorporated in 2016. Our core business is to assist the public sector, non-governmental organisations and the private sector to conceive and deliver solutions that can help meet development objectives with special emphasis on SME development, NGO development, MFI development and development of sustainable co-operatives.
We understand that SMEs, MFIs, NGOs and co-operatives face similar issues, which mainly stem from a lack of skills. We develop solutions that are informed by strategies targeted at turning ailing institutions into viable ones. Our structured approach to development consulting work that we conduct is always preceded by a detailed and extensive diagnostic, that seek to understand the SME, MFI, NGO or cooperative condition in comparison to acceptable standards.
Studies have shown that most development consulting does not pay attention to strong areas, whereas our approach commends this. If weaknesses are identified, a comprehensive action plan is put in place to address them.
To be a development consulting company of choice in South Africa, and in the African continent.
To provide expert advice to SMEs, NGOs, MFIs, Cooperatives, Government and Private sector players; and to turnaround ailing institutions into sustainable entities.
To unlock potential in the formal and informal markets; to provide working solutions to NGOs, MFIs, SMEs, Cooperatives, Government and Private Sector; and to harness the African intellect into developing our homeland.
